To be honest, all I really see here is that Bradford have got away with it. If he'd been allowed to play before court, he certainly isn't going to get a UK visa now, so they'd have been a bit screwed now.
Apparently Catalans are trying to get him on a flight back to France. Is he allowed to leave the country before sentencing.
As for Hethrington, he can say what he pleases. It's not the first bit of sparring in the press between Headingley and Odsal, and it won't be the last. I tend to not take too much notice of it. I agreed with most of what he said, for the record, but I doubt he'd have said it publically if it hadn't been Bradford doing the signing. Speculation, of course.
