i didn't want to report this but i felt i had to.
up in the stands i watched as the mascots leave the field and the catalans mascot removed his costumed head.

children screamed and cried in terror.
grown adults flinched as they looked and tried to console there children.
a steward broke down in tears and ran out of the stadium tearing off his his hi-viz coat.


in the end i had to go down and tell him to put the head on to calm the panic.
the horror,the ugliness had to be seen to be believed. it was like something out of Dr who

I hope people didn't look for too long. They'd have started melting like the Nazi's in Raiders Of The Lost Ark.

in all honesty, it was a great laugh with a real good set of lads, the last 2 years have been tbh, but this weekend will take some beating!
