lucky? don't think so.
despite having more of the ball cas were not good enough to break us down,thats there problem.
we took our chances, they didn't.we had 15 men for about 60 minutes in atrocious,energy sapping conditions yet pushed ourselves to the win.it's called mental toughness.

Could it be more that out of respect to Cas he didn't jump and down like a loon in Shaun Long fashion rubbing it in?

No its because he is a proffesional who gave respect to the team who had played well but lost - not a total yob like Mr long

He hasn't smiled properly in the last 10 years. In the after match interview after the the GF last year he was almost smiling at the start, then quickly corrected himself and looked like he was going to cry.
I thought that he looked "elated" after the match last night - at least by his standards.
