Neil Fissler, the Sunday Express & Rugby Times writer, just tweeted that Eastmond's transfer from ST Helens to Bath has been confirmed.

Bad news for Saints, England and Rugby League.

Any thoughts on who he will sign for in 2013??

could find himself at Hull FC replacing Long for the 2nd time in his career

Fissler has jumped the gun there, it's certainly not confirmed yet.

Don't follow RU at all so forgive my ignorance but when does their season run??

Do I remember something about somebody somewhere going early to be allowed to take part in RU preseason? (vague enough for you!? )

Yep!!

RU really doesn't suit those "Jason Robinson" style players does it!! "Jason Robinson" style players always come back with their tail between their legs. In fact... I can't think of a single "Jason Robinson" style player who's ever gone on to do anything in RU. Can anybody think of a "Jason Robinson" style player that's gone on to win the RU World Cup? or a "Jason Robinson" style player that's even gone on to represent England RU?

Hmmm.... who players a similar sort of style to "Jason Robinson" that's gone on to do well in RU....?

It will be a loss to rugby league.

He's far superior to Tomkins and not as annoying.
