Great appointment for the Wolfs. For the first time in Super League they've actually gone for somebody decent. Congratulations to them and it looks like Despo might have to start sweating again lol.

Throw money at the situation...thats the chesire way of doing it

I would say this signing by the wolfs is their best yet, and could see them in a quarter final by 2010 !

Lowes has worked as Smith's assistant before, so there is some logic in this decision. Smith is obviously happy to have Lowes working for him, and Lowes won't get anything better let's be honest. He will be learning from one of the best coaches in the league, and he would be stupid to blow this chance.

Last year he was working under Cullen, who did a decent job but never stepped up and won anything, now he is working under a succesful trophy winning coach.
