Best Place To Sit At LP : Fri Dec 06, 2013 11:55 pm  

I have not had the pleasure of watching Saints at the new stadium yet & am going to buy a season ticket for me and my 3 year old. I know the obvious place to sit would be the family stand but can anyone tell me were they would recommend the best place to sit now the cladding has been finished.

South stand (posh stand) is best and near the top of the stand. That way your dry and less chance of getting hit by the elements.

I was told to go there by saints players before the tickets was even on sale.

Depends what you are after.

But if you are wanting to sit with a bit of noise and atmosphere, Sit towards the west end of either the South or North Stands.

Better atmosphere than the middle, unless you are into pensioner boxing

Also a bit cheaper towards the end, rather than the middle. I'd go to the silver seats.

Impressive, given that was before it was even built, considering you could buy tickets for the 1st Langtree Park during our last season at Knowsley Road.

Obviously I didn't buy mine that early

When the players had the first look around they noticed some fans will be getting caught by the rain. I was advised to go in south stand as that was already sheltered from the weather.

What's impressive about that ?

South stand, halfway up or further, a bit right of centre but not too far. Reasons as above, plus the sun (if it ever shines) will irritate north standers, not you.
