Stats say Wello missed one tackle. They don't say how many he didn't even make but should have! I thought he had a relatively poor game yesterday especially when you consider the opposition who gave it their best shot but ran out of steam in the final 15 minutes (no surprise given the heat and that they ran out of interchanges due to injury).

London would have got another try but for a pass that didn't stick on our right edge, which was once again totally open to the elements (and that was without Makinson playing). We really are weak on the edges regardless of who plays there. Something not right with the coaching in that respect IMO.

Did he play all 80 minutes for his 3 carries and 5 tackles?

From those stats it appears Walmsley, Sia, Roby and Amor played London and the others took turns on the sun loungers.

It was bloody hot and humid down there. Gorgeous for us speccies sitting in the shade and admiring the view, but the conditions must have been really testing for the players.

We conceded too many against a relegated team but the Broncos never give up and interestingly, unlike us, haven't been nilled this season.

First try was a charge down from one of Wilkin's slower kicks; second and third came in quick succession, as they did when playing Bradford last week, when Roby was having his new rest break that Brown appears to be obsessed with him having all of a sudden.

The 1st try came from a charged down kick & their 3rd try came from a high kick, which are 50/50 challenges for the ball in the air.

The 2nd try was really poor though from our point of view. Wilkin doesn't even attempt to make the tackle. Wellens went absolutely mental at it if you watch the highlights.
