Sutcliffe has ruptured his ACL, so there's no guarantee if he'll come back the same player. Burrow is no longer seen as first choice half back, and along with McGuire will be 33 next year, and Jordan Lilley is at least 2 years off being ready for regular SL. So, at least one half back is needed. I think Leeds know that the chances of Leigh not getting promotion are pretty slim so they're browsing. Although, I've heard a few people mention that Widdop has already signed.

He's agreed to go leeds if leigh don't make super league. Like you said, little rob Burrow is used off the bench and has one season left in him. Maguire is 33 and coming near the end so they will need a halfback pretty soon.

Leigh No.2 is Adam Higson, not Johnny Pownall........ Higson is a very aggresive player, used to play centre and second row, ususally plays on the wing nowadays.......
