O'Brien and Wheeler isn't too bad to getting on with this year. I think Wheeler and Walsh could be very exciting next year.

Quality then becomes the talking point rather than stability. Turner's a headless chicken, he can run if you put him in a hole, but he'll do nothing else. Not having him defending in the centres is probably worth 18 points a game though. Would Wilkin and O'Brien not be a better option?

Doesn't sound like Gary Wheeler is in Brown's thoughts that much, given he'd like to keep Turner and O'Brien in the halves.

Turner's been good for us in the centres (no matter what you say) and should stay there. I dare saythat he'llstill defend the same channel regardless.
Wilkin will be named at 13 but play scrum half, taking up the first receiver role in the centre with GOB on one side and Tuner on the other. This marginalises GOB, wastes Turner and has wilkin as the main ball handler. Sounds like nonsense to me.

Turner played the same style he plays in the centre, he does his hop skip and jump and very nearly goes thru but as always just get caught.

We can be bold enough to make a stand and do battle for our views and beliefs. But we must strive to be mature enough not to resort to unnecessary personal attacks upon people with opposing views.

Well if he has settled on a pair, then at least he has settled on a pair in his mind. Not my personal choice. But lets see how they go with more than 3 days prep.

GOB will not take the line on very often and he is not particularly fast, but he is a natural half with quick hands and the ability to see space. He also has a kicking game. I was a bit surprised he was not used against Hudds. In previous seasons it was a rare sight to see him miss a goal kick, but he has not been as consistent this year. All in all, if he regains his form, I think he will be a real asset for you.

How long do you think he will give this pairing? So far his maximum tolerance has been three weeks.

That is just for a month and given our record for injuries and Browns record for random changes, there is a good chance wheeler will get a go, provided he doesn't crumble again (fingers crossed).

Best news for me is that Laffranchi and Ade are unavailable for selection.
