Does anybody know why he didn't play on Friday, but played yesterday at Rochdale? I have just read in today's League Weekly that Nathan Brown was asked on Friday why Makinson didn't play and he refused to comment.

Maybe he don't rate him. He dropped him last year for Ade but only go back in when Ade got wiped out.

He and Swift both finished the season quite strongly after not being first choice earlier. I have no doubt these are the first choice wingers, but if he was carrying a knock, it was the ideal time to give new signing Dawson a run.

Off topic here but were supposed to be getting 2 players on season long loans and 1 on a rolling month to month loan at whitehaven any idea who they could be and could tommy be one

I very much doubt Makinson would be one. Gardner could be a possibility though and then some of the younger lads such as Forster, Hand, Tilley maybe?

Maybe a certain player turned up late for training then maybe that certain player didn't get picked for the first team. Just sayin'...

Can anyone else see a plan coming here?

If we hold Paul Wellens and Lance Hohaia up from getting to training, they'll be dropped for the Warrington game.
