Check it out on google or anywhere for that matter. Public car parks do not have a leg to stand on. The fine for one is on the driver, yet many people could be driving YOUR car. For them to take you to court it costs the company a small fortune. Alot more than the 60 or 80 pound they will recieve. I've had over 10 in the last 2 years from different public car parks.
1st letter states how much your fine is = BINNED.
2nd letter tells you they will take you to court = BINNED
3rd letter tells you they aint messing about that court will happen = BINNED
4th letter.................................... no where to be seen.
Or a polite letter back to them stating they will not be recieving any payment so dont bother writing you a 2nd letter it also a succesful way of doing things but then your paying money for a stamp so i would'nt bother.
