To be fair, I'd already accounted for this one since we lost Walsh. So not upsetting me. I'd already knocked him of the list of possibles.

I think we have all lowered our expectations, unless Browny can pull a rabbit out of a hat from somewhere.
Lets see if Swift can play in the halves and create a glimmer of hope in the play offs.

Does it really make any difference? We wouldn't have won it even with Walsh, Hohaia and Wilkin all playing.

We are well and truly up against it, there's no denying that. But I'd at least like to see Brown be brave now and make a decent fist of it.

A 1,6,7 combination of Wellens, Turner and Wheeler is hopeless and will simply not be good enough in a big game. We have no choice other than to be much more bold than that and try something new. Whether that be:

McDonnell at 1
Swift at 6
Charnock at 6

then we at least have to try something.

We can play Sammut on a match by match basis if his team doesn't make the play offs.

Those were 3 different options, not a suggested line-up. It's a given that Wellens will be in one of the 3 positions.
