http://www.saintsrlfc.com/news/page/4294 SAINTS have announced their 19-man squad for Friday's First Utility Super League clash with Huddersfield.
Mark Percival is recalled to the roster alongside forward Luke Thompson.
Nathan Brown will choose from:
2. Tommy Makinson, 3. Jordan Turner, 4. Josh Jones, 5. Adam Swift, 6. Lance Hohaia, 8. Mose Masoe, 9. James Roby, 10. Louie McCarthy-Scarsbrook, 11. Sia Soliola, 13. Willie Manu, 14. Anthony Laffranchi, 15. Mark Flanagan, 16. Kyle Amor, 17. Paul Wellens, 18. Alex Walmsley, 22. Mark Percival, 24. Gary Wheeler, 26. Matty Dawson, 28. Luke Thompson.
Percival for McDonnell is the obvious change I reckon. Thompson and Wheeler most likely to miss out.

Defo agree with Thompson being recalled. I called him to be back for the Leeds game. He brings heart and comitment

He'd be in my 17 without a doubt. I think Brown prefers Flanagan and Laffranchi though.

The new young dynasty of super saints is coming to a ground near you. Welsby-Dodd-Simms-Eaves-Rizzelli, not Eastmond...the future is coming.
Thompson brings a bit more energy in the side would have him in for LeFranc, whats to do with Joe Greenwood these days, I,m sure he was doing the warm up last week.

Laffranchi has been one hell of a bad signing. I wouldn't play him again.

In the last 3 or 4 years most of our overseas players have struggled to live up to there status, which would suggest the culture from whichever club they have come from is much better than the Saints one. In other words saints turn them into worse players or make them injury prone.
