Okay,
We know walsh isn't playing, but what do you think the starting 13 and substitute 4 will be for our opening game?

Greenwood and Savelio have made cases. Jones hasn't been seen. Will Wilkin or Lance get the nod at half back? Will Flash feature? Will Thompson start (and pick up where he left off last year)? Will we pick 4 props or use big back rows?

Let me know what you think KC will pick, and we'll see who gets closest.

It would be crazy to play Wilkin at 7 during the preseason and then not for the real deal - he's a good option to line up against Carney too to try and keep him in check.

How do we know Walsh hasn't made it? I'd of named him in the 19 even if not just to keep Catalans guessing

I would personally have Hohaia in there over Wellens but I think Cunningham may go for Wellens.

It's a strong 19 anyway with Walsh, Flanagan, jones, etc. not included.

Have to be excited about that back-line, especially back five. Percival and Swift are potentially devastating if given the ball in space. Percival's lines are always a threat; wherever we are on the field. Lomax is a constant threat for us and will free up space for those guys on the fringe. Travis Burns looked strong against Widnes and backed it up with a good performance against Wigan as well. He'll be confident going into the year and will want to start well.

Forwards. Amor is outstanding and Walmsley can never be underestimated. On the back of our big guys, James Roby is always a threat out of dummy-half and hopefully the threat of Lomax and Burns will free up the space for him to do what he does best; if the forward can lay the platform.

I reckon KC will go with the similar team to last week, if LMS is still not fully fit then Sav will be in the 17.
