Both Turner and Matty Dawson really clogged up Warrington's wide game.

Dawson seems to have put a bit of weight on, too. He's definitely winning a lot more collisions than last year.

Wasn't a huge fan of Dawson tonight, he looked very jumpy in defence, and didn't seem to create anything for Makinson. He just couldn't seem to find a way to put himself in the right position to be a threat. The obvious example is the Vea break (whose workrate was great again) - you just know Percival would of found a way to put himself in a position for a pass.

Turner was absolutely great tonight. His doing the hardwork taking the ball out of the 20 could of been a little better, but he was the reason we went in 2 tries ahead at half time

Well, he's not likely to look confident because he's a (very) fringe player who's usually fighting to get 10 minutes of game time here and there.

I'm not particularly bothered about him almost fluffing that kick clearance. The operative word here is "almost" - which means he cleared the kick.

Regardless, he came off his mark and absolutely clattered Bridge twice tonight.

Turner was very good tonight. Maybe the SKD rumours give him a littke kick up the bum.

All the back line did well, kept there shape and composure when Wire took it out wide.
Walmsley my Man of the Match tonight, he must be the best forward in Superleague by a couple of furlongs at the moment, Vea again getting through tons of work.
Was suprised to see Dawson in the starting line up, whats up with Jonesy.

Walmsley walked man of the match. No better prop in super league at moment.

Amor was immense. Given his relative lack of size, his yardage and energy is unbelievable. Forget drug testing. I'd be looking for cyborg enhancement.

To be fair, I should also mention Vea. At times he seemed like he was on rails. Did he take the ball at any point between the posts?

Not that I'm complaining.

The lad has been excellent.
