The new young dynasty of super saints is coming to a ground near you. Welsby-Dodd-Simms-Eaves-Rizzelli, not Eastmond...the future is coming.
I was happy with that, until I came to the very last line.....................James Child

I just can't bring myself to pick Dawson , he just isnt good enough and offers so little.
2 real halfbacks and a backup back in the second row .. would be amazing

I'm not the biggest fan of Dawson but I don't think you can knock him this year. He's done ok Imo and he's a good cheap option for back up to the backs when needed.

Not sure if I would put Ashworth in for this game he left a few gaps last week, Dawson has a pretty good defense this season and looks better at centre than on the wing.
We should have a much better kicking game this weekend, no more injuries please.

Yeah , realistically if everyone in that squad is fit Dawson will likely play centre. I just like the idea that we might be playing a young lad who might one day hold down a first team shirt. As Pete mentioned above Dawson is decent cheap cover but I don't think many people believe he ever has a chance of being a first pick.

If we field this team it should easily be good enough to get us 2 points.

Makinson will probably play FB so who covers the wing? Has to be Dawson. Shame Jones is missing too, any mention as to why?

Happy? Not really but we are getting a little thin on the options. I'd probably give Hohaia a run in the centre's tbh but that would put Dawson on the wing where he is weaker and leave us with either Makinson or Swift @ 1. Pro's and con's for either option
