We should have tried to score and if not dropped a goal on 5th but to drop a goal on 2nd tackle isn't what I like to see
He was perfectly placed for the drop goal at that time though. Why wait until it is anticipated? Better to do it when it's not anticipated and you're in the perfect position. It was needed as we weren't exactly running away with the game. Good game management by Wilkin there I'd say.
But his kicking was awful and I don't understand the persistence with kicking early in the tackle count. That just wears us out even further. Maybe that's a Cunningham game plan, along with four forwards on the bench and no interchange for an exhausted Roby.
