Yes and I think we have amassed enough points with few more wins to make the semis now. I think the format is pretty good. It does keep every game a must win for every single team.

Look at the middle 8s today, it was last game of the season and Widnes, salford and hull KR battling out to finish 9th and 10th for those extra home games. In years gone by it would have been a nothing game.

Yeah I agree mate.

Without sounding over-confident I think we will be fine for top 4; it's the top 2 we should really be pushing for now.

Is the league leaders sheild scrapped now or does the team top after super 8s win it ?

Whoever is top after 30 games gets it. I'd settle for Grand Final and Challenge Cup final wins instead

I think Warrington in particular have left it to late.

They would need almost an unbeaten run and that too may not be enough

Wigan is Friday 18th September.
