I seen a clip from the MOS awards of Walmsley going up to the stage. He looked in pain and was limping heavily. I can't see that he can have been anywhere near fit to play in that Leeds semi but needs must.

Looked all above board to me and he certainly didn't look fit enough to play in a test series.

If, as it seems he is not fit and needs an operation , then of course he should not play.

It still doesn't change that it would have been nice to see him knocking over the Kiwis - edit thanks St P,.
