You just know we are going to come out of this with one or two serious injuries.

It's only the biggest game of the year mate come on! Ok, apart from the cup games and play offs!

From a players perspective it will be the one they really look forward to!

For me living abroad, and being friends with a lot of ozzies, it's one I'm really excited about! So much more exciting than any normal super league game, bar Wigan maybe!

To suggest resting players is comical, everyone will be fired up for this and I can't wait for it!

Do I think we'll win? Do I balls....Roosters by 20+

Biggest game if the year? Are you serious? It's a nothing game. It's a friendly. Win or lose we get nothing.

We didn't even qualify for the the series did we?

I'd rather have took two points at Salford last week than a win against the roosters in a friendly.

Huge game for the club, for the players, and for the fans.

To play against the NRL clubs is the greatest test, why wouldn't anyone want it?! Truly astonishing!

If the feeling of beating Salford is greater than beating any NRL team, then you my friend, have no clue whatsoever about rugby league!

I'd take two points last week than nothing at all against the roosters. The game is a hindrance imo. Only takes few injuries for a nothing game and can wreck the season.

The world series is a joke anyway. Teams don't want to be in it and opt out. It's purely money making.

Whilst we don't get any competition points i think in terms of belief for the rest of the year Friday is massive. You'd like to think the place will be buzzing if we can get a result.

And as a fan i'd remember a win against the Roosters for years, a win against Salford or Hull KR not so much.

I can't ever see a time where I'll want us to beat KR or Salford in a normal league game more than I'll want us to beat Sydney Roosters in this series type format.

Whereas in league table standing it'd mean nothing to beat them, for me it's a big chance for us to match up against one of the worlds best and it'll be up there with one of the best nights at LP (IMO) if we can get a win.

Certainly is a big game, I think you need to look beyond your own "back yard", its a flagship game for rugby league to raise the profile of the sport in the UK, what kind of message do we give out to the media and potential sponsors if we send out a weakened team and not giving recognition.
I would send out a full strength team, if we come close or perhaps win this game it would do wonders to the players confidence and could kickstart us for the rest of the season, or some could dwell on the negative side and whinge its a nothing game.............for me Friday night we should go on the field with all "guns blazing" and show win or lose we potentially are still a big club and not one that surrenders with the white flag when the going gets tough.
