Our owner David Hughes has put lots more money into rugby league than McManus, but no road names after him and treating him as a god! I wonder what the state of St Helens rugby was some 33 years after it started? did anyone here go in 1903??

At least we are now starting to produce our own players. We will never succeed until we have our own ground! but London land prices it would take a lot of money! I accept this next move may be the last so it has to be right, I hope that Mr Hughes will at least go into sharing a ground on equal status and have a pitch like Widnes have and Saracens use with their ground share.

However, the Widnes pitch gets slagged off by everyone (except Widnes of course).

Saracens do okay with a plastic pitch, but it is being allowed to use it 7 days a week by the community and not being stopped using a ground like Quins did us in the last 2 games!
