Says the man whose predicted total Wigan dominance (so far unrecorded) for the last ten years based on having "the best youngsters in the competition".

Hmmm .... one of the finest props GB has produced in ages VS a guy who didn't do much in the NRL.

You're pinning a hell of a lot of faith on form being permanent.

Don't confuse Cuthbertson doing the offloads as him just being a flashy guy, he done more carries and tackles this year than Peacock. First 5 rounds he was averaging 39 tackles a game.....not bad for a flashy player.

And he does big minutes.

Cuthbertson is the stand out player in SL this season.

Fantastic signing for Leeds.

The first barge from Mosoe is entertaining but then you haven't time to boil an egg and he's off.

Re Richards - He is morphing into a bit of pudding . I Noticed the physique combined with mobility
of singleton and yates compared to him. He's not doing himself any favours with the increasing number of
silly mistakes.

I know what I see. Cuthbertson's form has been excellent. But when things were looking dicey, say in the game against Cas when it looked like things could go either way, whilst Cuthbertson was throwing passes anywhere (some going to hand, some going anywhere but) - it was Peacock who steadied the ship allowing Leeds to regroup. It's happened time and time again.

He might not play as many minutes as he used to. But the minutes he plays are absolutely vital.

Given the choice of losing Cuthbertson or Peacock for the rest of the season - I'm pretty sure I know who you'd pick.

You only have to look at the above answers.

Leeds could've been portrayed in the previous years as relaying on 3/4 key players to always get them through games but this year is very different. Across the board players are standing up as has been shown with losing three players like Hall, Briscoe and JJB (the latter two had really strong starts to the season).

The old theory that all relied on Peacock/Sinfield/Burrow/McGuire to drag us through has well and truely gone and if you still think that (especially after tonight) then you need to take a closer look. It's 2015 not 2014.....you need to realise that.

Give over. He's not even Leeds' stand-out player.

Richards is nineteen. He won't mature physically for another two or three years. At that point we'll know whether he is a "pudding" or not. In any case - comparisons with Singleton are silly. They do not perform the same function.

I also saw the game we played against Hudds and Peacock was the one throwing stuff around and giving away penalties and Cuthbertson steady the ship on that occasion and has done on a few occasions when he's been reintroduced back onto the field after a breather when it's seemed to go a bit pear shaped in his absence.

Richards is at present, but he's very young. Agree on Savelio, we've got a couple of consecutive home games coming up so I'd play him in those.

Leeds look very exciting this season, what would you put that down to? I've got a theory it's to do with Sinfield not having anywhere near as much involvement but I've not seen all that much of Leeds?

It's a few things as Biff alludes to, Aiton has been a revelation out of dummy half and gets Leeds moving, Cuthbertson's offloads have helped create space for our quicker players to exploit, and don't be fooled, he does the hard yards as well as the flashy stuff. Stevie Ward has probably been the best 2nd rower in the comp so far and along with Ablett gives us a serious threat out wide on both edges

I'd agree about Sinfield to be honest, many Leeds fans (I wasn't one of them) thought McGuire would be the half that would make way for Sutcliffe but, McGuire has also been superb, it's a shame he's 32 because he's playing as well as he did in 2010.

So in a nutshell, they've got more pace and grunt in the middle to set the platform for the backs to do their thing.

You are desperately clutching at straws regarding our squad management. JP is retiring at the end of the season. Leeds have already spelled him more than ever this season. We love him, but our succession planning is top notch, and our whole team will not just capitulate next season, no matter how much you want it to.

He's probably in the top 3 this year along with Aiton and Stevie Ward. With Watkins and McGuire adding to a top 5. No Peacock there.
