sorry dear, but 10 days, minus 48 hrs means the RFL have to tell Saints by 2:30 tomorrow. For all we know wigan told the RFL 2 days ago (but i very much doubt it)

Correct, and I think they were told (given alternatives). If they weren't then they deserve the fine, but knowing IL it will have been done.

The RFL may not have liked those alternatives, I guess we'll find out tomorrow.

The art of negotiation is not easy, I've been through it many times. And generally women buyers were the worst. They knew the cost of everything and the value of nothing.

Yeh I doubt Wigan would be so foolish to miss the fine print on the opperational rules. I'm just being naughty. I may have to give myself a weekend ban stick.

In all honest I think they only have to advise on options, so they could have gone with a list of clubs yesterday and said we are really trying to play at the DW, but if not these are our alternates. Then just ask the Chief Exec to hold back on the announcement to both clubs until they have exhausted every avenue.

But still it's fun to speculate on wigan missing the deadline. Ban em!!!!

Sorry but this is now getting tiresome,at first i had some sympathy with wigoon however that has now gone not least due to their arrogance,in so much collectivley they are expecting the beeb to back down cos "were wigan rugby","greatest show on earth"part of which i agree with cos you certanly are the greatest show on earth as the last few days have proved; so ROLL UP ROLL UP GET YOU TICKETS FOR THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH,you certainly are a bunch of clowns from top to bottom,from IL to the ultras(were are they!!!! sorry its exam time)and their probably too busy robbin marker pens from staples..

This is beyond farcical and a major,major embarrassment for Wigan RL and for the game in general.

And to think that some of the jokers that follow them have been trying to tell us over their board not so long ago that it's better to rent a stadium than to own one!

Not saying that now, are they.

According to the Warriors site the cup tie will be played at the DW next Saturday at 2.30pm
