My point was that one season does not correct our problems. If we had continued to make signings like we did last season, we'd be headed in the right direction. But we're not it seems. We've signed a really average player from London because he's really, really cheap. Nothing else has been announced, but we're linked to Tommy Lee and players of his calibre.

And on the 'we're top of Super League' subject. What do people think the league would actually look like if it were first past the post this season? Do you think we'd be top of the pile? I'd have us 5th.

There are more hypotheticals in that post than there were in Rolf Harris' defence case

For sale thirty brand new suits, made in 2007 never been worn but rather tear stained.
Apply to Wigan warriors rented accommodation.

2 nil will get you a win
30 nil will get you a win
75 nil is absolute humiliation.

The squad is much worse as every team in superleague.

Cayless, Cunningham, Graham against Amor, Roby, Walmsley for instance, also add for all these years we,ve never replaced the quality.of Longy, Martyn and Sculthorpe.

You will never replace the quality players like Long, Graham and Sculthorpe as there are not the quality players available. As for the front row; I think it is a fair replacement with the players that are available, just need to acquire another nine as Roby's work rate is beginning to tell.

This is a good point. If Super League were to be 1st past the post then the League table would be different.
It would be a top 3 of Wigan, Warrington & Cas, in what order I'm not sure.

The will be better quality players than Samutt coming in I can be sure of that. I'd say Defo another one coming in but maybe another as well.

Won't be announced just yet.....

No not dreaming Pal.
Cas have been good all year & deserve to be where they are, as for Wire, I think TS has had a wait until September policy because in terms of winning the Big One that's all you need to do. But if we needed to be higher earlier then I have no doubt we would have been.

And what about the team top of the league that basically thrown the Easter Monday game ad we know it's a play off system and not who finished 1st.
