We can be bold enough to make a stand and do battle for our views and beliefs. But we must strive to be mature enough not to resort to unnecessary personal attacks upon people with opposing views.

Hardly anything has been posted about yesterday's winning match or much else.
I know for example that Widnes supporters don't really use the RL Fans site and they have their own fan site. Is this just a general drift way to fan sites? Is it to avoid trolls?

Quiet day on redvee too.
Combination of it being a win, small away game, low expectations of cas, it's a bank holiday weekend,
People just got better things to do, and it runs against the current online narrative of all is bad, we will struggle to make top 8 never mind top 4 and everything Cunningham does must be wrong.

Just wait till we lose then people will have the motivation.

Maybe people are just bored of saints and bored of super league in general. I'm finding it very hard to watch full 80 min games on sky and as I've said on here before I've lost interest in watching saints due to being very bored.

Been a season ticket holder for God knows how many years and this year is first year I've not gone a home game. I don't go any away games these days which I usually go 80% of away games.

I don't know if it's just me falling out of love with super league or the game is as poor as it's coming across to me but I'm definitely bored at our games.

I can't comment on non-TV games, which rather restricts my contributions. Sorry.

The new young dynasty of super saints is coming to a ground near you.

I think its a combination of other sources of social media and super league being a bit stale these days, also nearly every team has loads of first choice players missing through injury so there isn't much excitement to write home about.
Warrington are the most active forum for obvious reasons, for us we are just ticking over until something exciting happens which might only happen until the business end of the season.

Well you missed a very entertaining game yesterday at Cas.

Quite a few errors and we didn't play particularly well first half, but a great final quarter from the lads to fight back from 20-12 down.

The final try from Lomax was a gem. Walsh's field and place kicking was excellent and he even made a number of front on one on one tackles. Glimpses from Percival that he is getting back to his best. Lomax is definitely giving us an extra dimension going forward.
One worry is Walmsley's lack of minutes. I don't know whether he is carrying a knock or not.

All in all some every encouraging signs.

I for one, and the hundreds of other Saints around me were certainly not bored!

We weren't great for a large period, but we came home strong and that's a major positive and a departure from what we've experienced most of this year. Encouraging signs to build on, but we have to build on them.

Cas had 8 out in the same way we had 7 (Makinson, Dawson, Turner, Swift, Burns, Thompson and Savelio)

It was just a scrappy game which is what we get in most super league games this season.

The usual slow ptb and time wasting all game then?

Luke Walsh is irritating me with his time wasting, he even does it when we lose. Takes him eternity to kick his conversations. Takes him ages to kick to touch and when he does he only makes 10 meters. Just no urgency in it at all

Quite the opposite in fact. There were plenty of quick PTBs, which lead to a lots of end to end stuff.

From memory the Cas crowd only got really annoyed with Walsh once for taking his time with a crucial conversion when we had just retaken the lead. He was perfectly in order in my view, and is certainly 1000 times faster at taking a conversion than Tickle!!!!
