Saints have definitely been in for Matty Smith but from what I've been told he's going to Wigan. Gaskell and Smith would be a terrific long-term combination if we could get it together. Far more likely that they team up in Cherry and White though.

Can't see us being in for him especially when he's like Gaskell but with a lower grade kicking game and no running game.
