Sinfield is the captain and goalkicker, so he'll play somewhere. He has played very well when he's played at #9 for England and is a very good, creative player. His kicking and passing out of dummy half could be a big plus.

It will all depend on McNamara's game plan / style of play (and therein may lie a problem)

I wouldn,t pick Ellis, I think he is overated these days.

Back 3 for me would be O;Loughlin, Westwood and Sam Burgess with Hock on the bench.
Props Graham and Hill with George Burgess and Crabtree impact props.

How many games has he played #9 for England (GB)?

Sinfield is one of the best field kickers in rugby league. Do you think he could kick teams to death (like he did Wigan ) from acting half ?

Hock has been awful for Widnes, he should be nowhere near the England side. I'm surprised so many have picked Crabtree too, he always seems to go missing in the big games.
