Seriously though, 'the Ape' still has Saints' number, comfortably. He's just thrown a little hook in the water to bring Mrs Brown out of hibernation and it's worked a treat. Brown may have won this round on points but there's a knockout blow coming in October

Haha. I think you'll find it was Brown who dangled the bait and Wane has responded. Don't let the truth get in the way though.....

Your right, it took about 2 months for him to bite, the only problem is Brown threw out out a bigger hook and got Wane post match within 2 minutes. The hook must have damaged Wane, shocked into a stutter.

This is so good. Not only has Brown won over sceptical Saints fans but has hooked and owned Wane at his own game. Even better you are trying to defend him when his ridiculous arrogance backfired against Castleford.

We will worry about October if Wigan are still in the mix............ and that is not arrogance because I think they will be.
