He's a fancy dan prop IMO that only wants the ball in good areas. Without the props that are 10 times lesser than Mose like Amor and walmsley we wouldn't get out of our half.

It frustrates me seeing Amor and Alex doing the hard yards while Mose still walking back into the line.

thing with him is, thats what he was like in the NRL so we knew what we were getting, and he does exactly the same here. Unlike players like Perry who were great in the NRL and then dire when they landed over here

For curiosity, did you go to the away game against Widnes when Mose and Sav where our props.

Yes I went and he played well but I also went to games when he was dire.

So your point is ?

Just to look at it from a different angle mate, what if that is a deliberate ploy? What if Walmsley and Amor are instructed to do the "hard yards" and Masoe told to save himself for the opposition half where he is far more dangerous and effective than the other two?

If that was the case then surely no blame can be laid at the door of Masoe. One thing for certain is that neither Walmsley or Amor would have scored some of the tries that Masoe did, therefore it wouldn't surprise me in the least if it's a tactical thing, as opposed to Masoe simply being reluctant to do the hard graft.

In that game he did long minutes and hard graft alongside Sav because there was no one else to do it. When we have all our props available Mose takes on a different role and I would imagine the majority of fans on here are satisfied with that.

And his manager is in the league express saying he will 100% be at Saints next year and he doesn't know anything about him wanting to leave ...

It's all about expectations.

To me I expected a bigger and better version of Feka.

However Mose showed he could adapt his game when Amor was out and whilst not as good as Amor at doing the dirty work, he still rolled up his sleeves and did longer stints. I think it's when people expect him to do both.

We don't expect Amor to play like Mose and do short bursts of intensive play that knock another team off their stride.

But which ever way you measure him, he has been 100% more effective than Perry simply by the number of games he has played. But to me he has been more effective when he has played too.

So overall the team get a boost.

What used to wind me up more than anything as an ex mod, is when someone tried to push their opinions by saying those who differ where stupid or idiots.

No.

They are offering an opinion. Whilst I disagree with Pete on Mose, I would not say he or his opinions are stupid. There are some posters who in my opinion trawl out lines to put down Saints all the time, but I just put them on ignore and I don't have to bother with them.

If I come on and say everyone who thinks Barry Ward was not a Saints legend is an idiot does not make my opinion more valid or make their opinion less, but it is a confrontational stance that can get peoples backs up as really no one like to be called an idiot by a stranger who has not got a clue about them.

At that point it just becomes a slanging match until someone complains to a mod that the other person has crossed an unwritten line.

Why do it when it's just as simple to say I disagree, rather than your an idiot???
