Phil Bentham scoured the video tape and despite conclusive evidence that Smith was a half yard offside, he allowed the try to stand.

Saints are a big-game team with bags of big-game experience. They have won five Challenge Cups from six final appearances in the Super League era and have won five Grand Finals in that time too.

Add two World Club Championships to that and you have the roll-call of the best rugby league team this country has produced in the modern-era - and it's a phenomenal record.

I am ashamed to be a Wigan fan hell yes, what have we got to be un-ashamed about? We are a joke, a laughing stock, we are NOTHING, why cant people understand!"

Come on Manly. Do the business, a shut-out like the NRL GF would be good. 8)

Der-der-der-der Jamie Lyon.......

I can't believe that the rivalry with Leeds is so great now that I have to support the Aussies. The Lyon factor is justification though.

Despite some fans opinions of Leeds on these forums. If it was the other way round (it won’t be for a long time I don’t think as I believe that Leeds will go on a cups that matter winning streak till 2012 leading the national media to call franchise a complete failure) I’d be support St Helens because its England v Australia. But I still snigger at your excellent loses against Sydney and Melbourne.

COME ON MANLY!!

I have this hatred of all things blue and amber running through my veins, i just cannot stand Leeds, a city full of morons and scrotes (especially the pleb who tried to nick my phone when i was walking back to the leeds festival site in 2001, he lay down on the ground for a good ten minutes after his "attempt")

so again, COME ON MANLY!!!
