See the RFL rated Saints academy set up as outstanding. Only Leeds and Wigan achieved a similar status. Academies were rated on the following criteria Achievements of the system – the improvements in the performance of players and coaches over a prolonged period. 2. Quality of Leadership and Management – the strategy and vision of the Academy and progress made 3. How well Academies meet the needs of players- the welfare, education and safeguarding that is in place 4. The Delivery of the Player Development system- The approaches used to optimise the development of players through to your First Grade and England There are four grades 1. Outstanding 2. Good 3.Requires improvement 4. Weak Full list of rated academies below Bradford 2 Widnes 2 Hull 2 Cumbria 2 Midlands regional academy 2 North East regional academy 2 Warrington 2 Castleford 3 London 3 Huddersfield 3 Wakefield trinity 3 Featherstone 4 Hull KR 4 Salford reds 4 Sheffield eagles 4 I'm also surprised that no one else has pointed out that our under 19's absolutely mullered Wigan 48-10 to make it a Langtree park double. http://www.saintsrlfc.com/news/page/3211

Rogues will point out that all of Wigan's Under 19s were banned from the previous weeks mass brawl with Bradford and that 18 of the 17 players they had on show against Saints were also eligible to play.

Surprised at Cas only having a 3 rating? They produce some great players.

Hopefully Warrington and Hull can be rated as 'outstanding' next time they do this.

I'd hope not. Experimentation should have finished after 10 weeks. If he does not know his best team then that's an issue.

There are injuries, but that's different to experimentaton, there will also be an element of rotation for younger players who can't manage week in week out. But aside from that we should really stick with the team as it was.

I did suggest that Wellens should be the back on the bench when it was clear he was going to play. Realistically I can only see Sia, playing back into the squad.

There are others knocking on the door, but Greenwood would probably make way for Sia. So can't see Walker getting another shout baring injury this year. He will have to bide his time.

But then again it's dependant on the players keeping up the intensity.

Is there 0% chance of seeing Flash before the end of the season?

Never try to second guess Brown the clown . I wouldnt be terribly shocked to see Wello back in the starting 13 at scrumhalf with Wilkin at prop with Lomax and Puletua getting a run out on the wing for our next match.

Anything is possible in the weird and wonderful world Brown lives in ... I wonder if he's met Alice yet?
