Apparently Andrew Dixon scored 2 tries as Salford knocked off the previously unbeaten Castleford Tigers.
Well done to the lad. It was a little harsh the way he lost favour at Saints, so its nice to see that his move to Salford is working out for him.

How did the ex-saints and Saints loanees get on at the weekend?

Royce really *hit on Dixon. He started the season off on fire but was dropped when players came back.

You're right on that. Dixon was going well, scored a couple in the opener gainst Salford and there was that long range try against London.

Rush's back to basics cut him out completely. Dixon, like Makinson, may well have come good in the long run but was considered dead wood with the likes of Foster.
To be fair though, our pack's pretty good at the moment and Dixon would struggle to be involved. Plus he'd get left out every week so Wello can stay match fit.
