I feel sorry for the lad. He gets pilloried on here for his poor injury record but gives his all on the pitch.
When he recovers from his injuries he is then stuck in the wilderness for ages waiting for some other poor sod to get hurt.

I don't think so. I think the worst you can say is that while everyone wanted him to succeed, some of us now think it's time for him to either come good, or to draw a line under the whole affair and cut our losses.

There isn't a poster on these boards who wouldn't be delighted if he finally managed to put a string of good performances together, uninjured, and became the Saints stand-off he's been tipped to be for years. But it's been too long, so it has to be now, or it's offski.

I like Gaz. He's a good lad but his time as been and gone at saints. I think it's best for both parties if he goes.

I'm in the same boat, I've defended him to the hilt at times, in the hope faith would be repaid, and sadly it's just happened again and again and again

I had him as my 6 way ahead of Lance at the start of this year. But I am not dogmatic and in the end, I think Lance has earned the spot.

I just can't see it happening any more and I'm as optimistic as they come.
