It was hilarious! The Hive played a Christmas track at halftime (at the request of The George) and those from The George had gone dressed in fancy dress - Elves, Santa, etc. I half expected a couple of donkeys and the baby Jesus to turn up! They must have been hot in that gear as it was scorching down there.
It was a fun trip. The Hive is a great little venue and everyone was really friendly. The Saints fans as a whole (and there was a great turnout) helped create a terrific atmosphere. To give them credit, the London fans joined in totally. You missed a good un.
