I'm disappointed Swift isn't there as I'm a big fan but I understand why Brown has his doubts at the moment.
If he isn't going to leave Dawson out for Swift then I would be staggered if he left him out for McDonnell.

That may depend on whether he wants a back up plan for the halves. If things aren't going well with Turner and Wheeler, he may want to shift Wello into the halves and put McDonnell into fullback.

Possibly. But has McDonnell played wing before? It would make more sense to play Swift on the wing as he can cover full-back too.

McDonnell can play full back or wing, and played a fair bit on the wing for Wests/Newcastle in NRL.
I would be tempted to give hium a game this week, played a few games at Rochdale for match fitness and would have a big point to prove against Hull for letting him go (and the situation around it) although I think he will miss out with NB playing Turner at 6
I'd personally go with this for Friday:
McDonnell
Makinson, Turner, Jones, Dawson
Wheeler, Wellens
Amor, Roby, Walmsley
Manu, Flanagan,
Soliola
Masoe, Laffranchi, LMS, Jones

Fair enough mate, I wasn't aware he had played wing before.

The new young dynasty of super saints is coming to a ground near you. Welsby-Dodd-Simms-Eaves-Rizzelli, not Eastmond...the future is coming.

Any particular reason for dropping Percival.

Or Wellens to FB, drop Shannon and put LMS to loose forward. That puts richards on the bench.
