It was the same last season, the pies were taking points from teams that were devastated by injuries and it is panning out the same again. Wakey could barely muster a squad last week when the pies were there for the taking and it is the same again this week against a Saints squad that is ravaged by injuries, so very lucky.

Aww they probably think it's justice .. given they try so hard every game to make sure the next team to play their opposition gets an easy ride

Wakefield usually lose at Wigan, one win in the last 10 visits or something like that.

Wigan's injuries, Charnley, Thornley, Powell, Crosby, O'Loughlin plus Flower who returns in a couple of weeks. Plus Bowen isn't that fit anymore!
Who are Saints missing? I know of Lomax, Percival, Walsh, Vea, maybe Burns who else?

Not being funny but hope Burns is OK. That was a terrible tackle and Green should have been off.
A one match ban for him is ridiculous!

That's 7 guaranteed first team players out for Wigan. Most teams would say that equates to an injury crisis! How is that lucky? Saints beat us at home last season with more injuries than they have now and so why the need to try and get their excuses in early this time?

Should be an interesting match up on Friday. I don,t think we should be getting our injuries excuse pre game. We are still a decent side and I,m sure KC will be going out for a win no matter who is in the 17.

The seven are listed in the previous post. They are players out but not all injured.
