Would this see us retain the likes of (to name a few) Clough, Walker, Hewitt, Galbraith etc instead of letting them go?

Won't happen as squads aren't big enough. The u19s and first team play every week so who is in going to play for the reserves?

Should go back to u16s, u18s and u21s with four (or u20's with five) over-age players.

Next year will just be u19s again though, which is unfortunate.
