He had talks with Wigan earlier in the season.' but I believe it was related to the 2017 or 2018 season.

I would love Burgess to come to Wigan but would honestly be chuffed if he signed for any SL club.
We are unfortunately a minority sport and we need our superstars back in the fold. With the right PR he could add a couple thousand to every SL game he plays.
