To be fair he means all fans not just Saints and I'm effect he's correct. He makes another fool of himself but he's not calling saints fans specifically sheep.

To be honest this sort or article and sky asking him if he's the man for the job isn't good for him, it highlights he's in deep water and struggling.

A big defeat on Saturday just may be the nail in the coffin for him but I fear Mcmanus will give him this season and then see how he goes next year.

I think he'll be okay whatever happens on Saturday, as it's arguably the toughest fixture of the season and one which me might reasonably expect to lose even if things were going well.

The one that could potentially do him over is HKR at home the following week. If we were to take a beating from a mid-table team in front of an already angry home crowd then I don't see how he could come back from that.

The new young dynasty of super saints is coming to a ground near you.
Welsby-Dodd-Simms-Eaves-Rizzelli, not Eastmond...the future is coming.

Re: Were all..... : Tue Jun 07, 2016 2:07 pm
I actually like his fighting spirit and it wouldn't surprise me that he will get a lot of support from the other super league coaches the fans are obviously another matter. The biggest problem for him is how all this inexperience and experimentation is effecting the saints players, will they pull together and show the same fighting spirit, to do that they need to do the very basics of the game well, some of the senior players need to sit down with KC to see if there is any chance of recovery as we go into the 8's.

I personally don't think Mcmanus will sack him this year. I think he will be given to easter next year to prove his worth.

I don't think KC is a good coach yet (he's still learning) but I think if he makes 3/4 good signings in the off season then things can change. Hull and catalan invested well in the off season and they are looking good ( I'm not sure the French guy I'm not trying to spell or Radford are good coaches) so this is Hope for next year.

Super league is at such a low Standard, it doesn't take much to get you back up there. KC recruitment has to be spot on tho unlike the crap he's brought in already.

It shows what a good job Wane does at Wigan, they lose top players year after year and very rare he replaces them but they just roll on.

Apparently tony smith was singing his praises and doing his best to not let him get the sack last week in the post match press conference.

It's obvious that other coaches want him to stay. The longer he stays, the worse we are. :D

A cunning tactic indeed. We all prayed Cullen would be at Dire for many many seasons. Sadly Moran eventually saw sense and fired him.
