Had the said player not withheld information from the Leeds club when negotiating the contract then you may have a point. However, he failed to mention something that could affect his ability to turn out for the club and as such the blame lays fairly and squarely at the players door.
Feel free to keep clutching at any straw that may bring you closer to Leeds on a financial level though.
