Some coaches come to a new club with a fixed idea of what their game plan WILL be and try to bash polished round pegs into the square holes he has designed.
Great coaches, and you've had at least one, will look at the quality of players and design a game plan that fits both his requirements and still leaves room for the expression of the player's individual talents.
If I am seen to be questioning the Holy Grail that is McLennon then so be it. I have given my reasons in past posts regarding his limitations and reiterate that in my opinion he needs to go if Leeds are to progress.
That is my opinioin and would welcome intelligent arguement against that opinion rather than generally rubbishing it without substance.
