If it is just based on number of tackles then I don't think that tells you much. All it suggests, without percentage missed, is that we made alot of tackles doing large amounts of defending and therefore missed more than everyone else numberswise as a consequence.
That's a fair point. In a three man tackle, maybe you get one third of a point, unless your bit is regarded as the main reason the runner was brought down in which case you get a half ant the others a quarter each...
I thought your defence was outstanding,6 times you held us up over the line,but with the injuries you suffered your pack couldn't give your backs anything to work with. A brave effort and good luck for the future.
It was a supreme effort by the lads in the circumstances, which get more extreme by the day.
Not sure how long we can continue to put in creditable performances with a mounting injury list, dwindling squad numbers and rising doubts about whether the club will continue.
There's some thrashings around the corner unless the club finds a buyer with pile of cash.
