On a point of order, the spreadsheet has predicted our doom for several weeks now.

I am however presently working with the RFL on a patch, which will either add to the points total gratuitously or failing that, surreptitiously deduct points from other clubs in our vicinity so they won't notice and pay them into our account.

It could be a winner and it has a track record.

A few years ago in the US of A, a bank computer-expert, setup a system to divert all odd cents on deposits to his own account. No one either noticed, or cared, about these odd cents so it continued for quite a while. Then he retired and moved to a big house in a country far far away from the American lawmen.

I think the event was used in a film, and why not, it was an interesting concept but in this case it really was art imitating life, as the real 'inside job' was done some years before the film.
