Has anyone else tried to purchase tickets through our website, its the most pain in the backside experience, been trying for 30mins now and given up and phoned them instead.Add tickets to basket go to pay and the details page comes up so i d all that then i get another page asking for bank details fine, sorted then it goes to pay smart fill that in then nothing page goes off an i get the home page (not sure if its worked or not) i log back in again to see none of my details have been saved and no matter how many times i try to enter then nothing happens, and my order is awaiting payment but i cant go back into the order for me to pay the damn thing, it really needs sorting out for next year as to me it seems atrocious.
