If I understand it correctly, prior two admins we were able to transfer the license to apply for visas to the new holding company. This time we have to re-apply for the license from scratch as we're a totally new legal entity. So will take a few weeks longer.

Not sure but I think RFL can act as sponsors for visas which could help.

Maybe I`m being thick (don`t answer that) but if the players signed from Australia have to wait and get visas, how come Toovey can walk straight into the job, does this rule only apply to players?

We won't see many from Down Under. Toovey has said he wants to work with local resources.

We have been crafty he's hear on a holiday visa he can't officially have any involvement with the club yet.

Not in the BMDC it won't, what's one more illegal in the mix, he'll only get caught if found in the kitchens of certain restaurant's!
