Keyes tweeted that he was back in full training today and Chisholm also tweeted that it was his first full contact tackle session in 7 months.

Surely those two have to be looking good for being totally fit for the start of the season based on those comments. Great news.

It is also nice to have Smith, Minchella and the young lad to fall back on as I think we need to take it slowly with Chisholm.

McNally to FB, Smith to LC?
McNally to 6 start with Pickersgill, Minichella at 7?
Keep Oakes at centre?

On what I've seen on the footage of the friendlies and I'm told that Lee Smith was solid at centre yesterday, I'd go with:

I haven't seen enough (any) of Milton or Bustin, so it's impossible to say if they'd be in my first choice 17 or not. If they end up being a bit naff, Goodall would get the last spot on the strength of his performance in the friendly games.
