I think you do a marvelous job mick, I really appreciate the excitement you instill in your commentates..and Mr Keyes also does an excellent job as well. As per the places in the comments that the people say they are from, you can see a lot of people have come to depend on the showing of the games. My one question which you may be able to answer is, now the Women's game has got going, why has the videoing of the matches dropped to basically nil now? I have watched most of them and they do generate plenty of action and are good to watch. Are there plans to start videoing the games again please? (Plus, which mobile phone did you video with at the last womens game at Odsal? )
Thank you for the kind comments regarding the Proper Sport coverage. The team work incredibly hard behind the scenes to try and produce a presentable product.
You have to remember that at a lot of the grounds we visit, the infrastructure isn't to the same level of what we have come to expect at Odsal.
There's a lot of balancing equipment, notebooks and microphones on laps due to there being no basic press facilities. It really is good fun though, I do enjoy a challenge.
The Women's fixtures are sadly clashing on a regular basis now and I can't be in two places at once.
I would love to cover this weekend's game between Bradford and Leeds but it's on at the same time as Bradford vs Doncaster.
The decision of when and where to play the Women's fixtures lies with their head coach Mark Prescott, and he wants to play the games on Sunday.
I've only covered one Women's game on an iPhone X with a optical zoom extension lens. I was pleasantly suprised by the results.
Enjoy the coverage tomorrow. We have Elliot Minchella joining us on commentary duties.
