If you were giving out grades to the players for their performances thus far what would you give?

Here's a starter for ten from me:

Lee Smith B
Ethan Ryan B+
Ashley Gibson C
Dalton Grant C+
Joe Keyes B+
Dane Chisholm C+
Liam Kirk C+
Sam Hallas C+
Steve Crossley A
Matt Garside B
Elliott Minchella A
Callum Bustin B
Ross Peltier B
Liam Johnson C
Mikey Wood C+
George Flanagan C+
Brandon Pickersgill B
Vila Halafihi C+
James Laithwaite C+

I've left out those players that have only had a bit part or been hit by injury.

Don't you know that grades are not used any more? You need to give them a number from 1 to 9, or better still a standardised score, in which an "average" rugby player will score 100, so an outstanding one will get 115, and a less able one 88 for example. But be careful not to identify the players by name as you will be contravening GDPR rules, so just list them all as a number and then give them a number to rate their performance. Thank you.

I'm marking the Tea Lady as C- as she's been totally a nonny mouse so far this year. Not even sure if she's full time, part time or left the club..

Lee Smith C (Dependable but fairly average. Definitely past best)
Ethan Ryan B (Has lacked service but taken chances well)
Ashley Gibson C (See Lee Smith)
Dalton Grant C (Playing at his level in L1)
Joe Keyes A* (Been our key player so far this year, always looking to make yards)
Dane Chisholm B- (Showed some glimpses of past form but still way off his potential)
Liam Kirk C (Has improved from last year but still doesn't make enough enough metres for me)
Sam Hallas D (Has really disappointed me after last year. Makes sloppy decisions)
Steve Crossley A (Mr Dependable in the forwards, a massive signing for us)
Matt Garside C (too greedy for me)
Elliott Minchella A (free scoring and likes to be involved in the action)
Callum Bustin B (a great signing and has developed alongside Crossley)
Ross Peltier B (strong performer but think he may have dropped off recently compared to start of the season)
Liam Johnson C (started strongly, now just a bit part squad player since Laithwiate joined)
Mikey Wood C (dependable bt not a game changer)
George Flanagan C (real mixed bag for me this one. think he can make a really big impact but there is something about him I really dislike)
Brandon Pickersgill B+ (breakthrough year and has not let us down in any position)
Vila Halafihi B- (think Vila has really stepped up his game. Liked him last year but never really seemed to get a run. Proving what a good player he can be since Flanagan been out)
James Laithwaite B- (Good solid signing)
