I’ve been at a few games at Odsal with hardly any atmosphere but this England crowd is taking the p.

Also turn Thaler’s mike off.

Sounds like a library

I dunno if its something to do with the way the BBC have their microphones set up? Always seems quieter on the Beeb than it does on Sky

No, I was there. It was like a library - until about 65 minutes when it suddenly became great.

Terrible crowd - hardly anyone from outside of West Hull.

At SL games, Sky tend to put a mic over the home fans and that gives a bit of a false impression, to be honest. On many occasions I've been to games and not even heard the noise of home fans becasue of the din from the visitors end, only to find on TV, you could only hear the home fans. Have to agree that yesterday's game came over on telly a bit funereal.
