keyword there is hinted. not announced. I think a deal will have been agreed or T&A wouldn't have gone with such a big article on it. But could be case that it isn't actually signed yet giving club a get out if financial situation gets worse. My guess is they would announce it at the public meeting their talking about holding as something positive to announce.

yep was mentioned in email they sent to season ticket holders. Probably just to tell ticket holders they wont be able to give refunds for season at a guess.
